Tips for faster help
- 1Include context. What were you trying to do, and what happened instead? Screenshots and exact error messages help a lot.
- 2For the Chrome extension. Mention your Chrome version, the extension version (visible at
chrome://extensions), and whether the issue is with sending DMs, replies, or the Reddit connect flow. - 3Response time. I usually respond within a few hours. For anything urgent, X DMs are fastest.
