I joined my local gym and invested in a personal trainer in October. Im 5"2 160lbs I have a desk job. Don't take any medications. Dont smoke vape and rarely drink any alcohol. Im consistently going to the gym about 3x per week. Once with PT Up to 2 classes with a small strength session in the gym after. Im aiming for 1500-1600 calories, somwtimes more sometimes less. always hungry and never full
